Steve and I have been married for 39 years and we have 6 children. Corey is 38, Shane is 34, Angie is 30, Ryan is 29, Jude is 24 and Mary is 21. Corey, Angie and Ryan are married and we have 2 grandsons. Our last child, Mary, is on her last year at MSU! So we are almost finished with colleges! Altho our Shane has special needs, he will always be the kid who never left home--he is a special young man who has filled our lives with many stories. Plus 34 years of drs. and seizures balanced with a lot of love from our whole family...He has an extended family of 40 cousins who love him to pieces. I have enjoyed many years of entertainment living in the crazy Lefere family and sooo many great memories since HS. My love for ART has not ceased and I create at every possible minute..."it is Art that makes life"....Steve will have to add his own story, as I have no idea what he would want to let y'all know...but mine is simple and just that! My life is my family, children, grandchildren and of course everything artistic!

40 Years...Sheeze you guys are going to look soooo... "distinguished". 1969 seems like a such a loooong time ago but certain memories are still fresh in my mind. Since those days I have enjoyed quite a path, some time in the military, school at MSU, careers at the cyclotron, museum and MSU extention and an alternative energy buisness. Finally found the love of my life and will celebrate 25 years in Sept. We have 2 very interesting children, Ayla, a young lady with a voracious reading habit and a sense of humor that keeps us always on our toes and who leaves at the end of August for a years study at Philip Univ. in Marburg Germany. Gavan is entering that stage of life that we were all in 40 years ago, a senior in high school. Music is his passion and our home is a marvelous place to be at because of it. He will be the drum major for his high school band this year, plays trumpet, piano, guitar, trombone and digeridoo. He sings in Choral and Mens Ensembles and works as a stage tech. at school. Some day he will be teaching vocal and instrumental to middle school kids. At least he knows what he wants to be when he grows up (unlike dad). Looking foward to visiting soon.

I left the great city of Jackson in 1972 to complete my degree in Social Work. Finally completed this feat in 1975 and started my career in 1977. After 30+ years with the State of MI. I retired on Labor day in 2006. I find myself with much time to do those activities that people dream about. After 22 yrs in Northville,Mi I relocated to my hometown to care for my Mother, who has since died.I decided to stay in Jackson, where I recently purchased a condo.I have never married but I enjoyed my retirement and enjoying my life to its fullest.1969 was a great yr,and so long ago,but I look forward to seeing as many classmates at our reunion.Go Blue

As it stands now, we will be on vacation somewhere in the Keweenaw with two "Grand" kids on the day of the reunion. I hate to miss any meal prepared by any Davis especially Gene Jr. Enjoy it! If we kin bribe or payoff the kiddos, we might still make hit.

Since graduation from LC I have lived in East Lansing, Salem, Oregon; Yakima, Washington; Richland, Washington, Long Grove, Illinois and for the past 10 1/2 years Jackson, Michigan. My husband, Jerry, and I have 5 children, a daughter in law, son in law and two granddaughters. In September we anxiously await #3 grandbabe. I have been a Mom-at-home for 32 years and couldn't be more fulfilled. We are happy to be in Jackson at this time of our lives. We see lots of classmates, family and friends everywhere we go and there is always a blast from the past waiting around the next turn.....

What a memorable night that was beautifully planned by the reunion committee! I loved the trips down memory lane as well as the looks to the future by fellow classmates. Thanks to all who came out and to those who could not be there... you were in our thoughts, stories and prayers.
